Envisioned Harmonies is a Rochester-based consultancy dedicated to supporting churches and worship teams in crafting enriching, Christ-centered worship experiences. Under the leadership of pastor‑musician-consultant Ronald Sykes, with 20 years in ministry and 15 in live theater, our team brings professional artistry and spiritual insight to every opportunity.

What We Do

From one-time services and mid‑week gatherings to ongoing retainer agreements and strategic planning, our consulting covers:
